Mercury and The Murd - Not sure this would truly be considered all ages, but it is definitely something that can be enjoyed by everyone from the age of probably 10-100.  The dialog is witty, the storys are simple while being extremely entertaining.  Think Starsky & Hutch meets Bad Boys.  Definitely worth a look.

Agents of C.O.L.T. - I actually read this TPB first, not realizing that I was going in the wrong order.  Either way, this book was a blast!  Talk about some interesting characters!  Again, the writing was witty and the artwork had a great feel and really added to the story.  If you have a gap in your pull list or just want to try something new, pick up this book!

Overall, the guys PKD are awesome.  I spent almost an hour talking comics and the comic industry with Shawn and his team.  Very intelligent folks that will definitely make an impact once they get the chance they deserve.
